The Dental Clinic Director will work in a team-based environment and provide direct supervision to dental staff. Day-to-day in this position will consist of personnel management, reviewing financial budgets and reports, ensuring the safety of the dental clinics, and facilitating an environment of open communication and creative thinking. Our ideal candidate for this position will be able to promote the highest level of leadership, risk management, daily operations, and overall dental knowledge while following all OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

EDUCATION: High school diploma. BA/BS in business administration or other health/human services related field preferable. Undergraduate degree in a health or human services related field, or equivalent experience

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: Licensure as a dental health professional highly desirable

EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years' in a Dental office with two years' personnel, program management, and electronic medical records.

OR

Minimum 5 years in a management position responsible for project management and employee recruitment, training, and development. Three or more years working in a Federally Qualified Health Center, hospital, or similar medical model. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
