Location: Hybrid-Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zone Required)

Travel: Consistent travel required based on organizational needs

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dental Marketing Director to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our growing dental organization. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving patient acquisition, managing digital marketing strategies, and overseeing a small but growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the dental industry, a strong understanding of fee-for-service marketing, and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive patient acquisition strategies
  • Oversee and execute all PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, SEO strategies, and digital advertising efforts
  • Monitor and analyze all marketing KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize the ADIT platform for marketing automation, campaign tracking, and performance optimization (strongly preferred)
  • Manage and lead two current marketing team members, with the potential to grow the department
  • Execute marketing efforts for continuing education events and manage specialty B2B marketing strategies
  • Support and enhance fee-for-service marketing efforts with minimal insurance participation
  • Provide oversight and make minor updates to website platforms (knowledge of website hosting and basic editing required)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and messaging
  • Participate in regular travel to support practice-level marketing initiatives, events, and meetings

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in the dental industry (required) - applicants without dental marketing experience will not be considered for this opportunity.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and ROI-focused campaign management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage PPC campaigns, track KPIs, and execute SEO strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies for fee-for-service practices
  • Experience with ADIT or similar dental marketing platforms (preferred)
  • Background in B2B marketing and coordinating continuing education events is a plus
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and the ability to make basic website updates
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on role where implementation and execution are key to success
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits:
