We are seeking a skilled and driven Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization. You will work closely with HR leadership, talent acquisition, and department heads to ensure our compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze compensation structures (pay, bonuses, benefits) for industry competitiveness.
  • Research market trends to inform compensation strategies.
  • Assist in developing and communicating compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Recommend salary adjustments, promotions, and pay structures based on internal equity and market data.
  • Support annual compensation processes (merit increases, bonuses, incentives).
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compensation for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports and dashboards for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and compensation regulations.
  • Contribute to compensation projects (job evaluations, pay structure updates, executive reviews).
  • Collaborate with teams to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2.4 years of experience in compensation or HR functions.
  • Proficient in compensation tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, HRIS, Salary.com).
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.


Pay: $80-85k annually + 10% bonus
