Product : Gold standard Configuration Management.

Service Package 1 - Technical Documentation

Creation of Low Level Design (LLD) and provide list of hostname/IP's, DNS, NTP, Availability Zones, VLAN and descriptions to AT&T
Updates to GSCM Gold Standard (DP only for GSCM instantiation)
MOP Customization for Initial install of GSCM which includes both Lab and Production. Initial UAT Test Plans and Reports. Custom MOPS as needed. Ex. Partition Growth MOP.
Evaluate and ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of various technical documents such as LLD, Business Requirements, Design Documents, MOPs, Upgrade Documents, and more. This involves a meticulous review process to validate that documents meet the required standards, are free from errors, and effectively communicate the intended information.
Create, edit, and produce instructional content that effectively educates and informs customer new features and functionalities of GSCM SSP Upgrade Release.
Service Package 2 - Technical Support

Instantiation of VM's for GSCM
Act as consultant and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Bring in-depth knowledge of software development, architecture, and best practices to ensure the project's success. Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Performs upgrade in NSVT lab ensuring the reliability and readiness of the system before it reaches the customer. This includes testing fixes, bugs, enhancements. Documenting errors in the release and/or technical documents.
VAMS (Vulnerability Assessment and Management System) responsible for tracking and reporting of vulnerabilities within GSCM. Hosts bi-weekly or monthly meetings with development team to review and assess tenable scan results for NSVT GSCM lab and determine a plan of action
Manage and administer user accounts, roles, and permissions in Nokia Lab GSCM, as well as coordinate all requests to customer GSCM admin. Including creation of USH tickets and also monthly audit reports.
Manage and oversee the flow of support tickets within a Sales Force environment. Ensure all tickets are tracked, prioritized, and resolved efficiently, while also maintaining communication with stakeholders and providing reports on ticket status and trends.
Service Package 3 - Customer Support

Liaison between customer and technical team. Ensure customers have a positive experience with GSCM by providing technical support, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between the customer and the technical staff. Gathers and documents business requirements, bugs, defects, enhancements and communicates to development team.
