ABOUT YOU
As Deputy Director of Project Delivery, you are a strategic, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in complex environments, guiding multiple capital projects from design through delivery with clarity, focus, and accountability. What you will do:
- Lead a team of Project Managers across multiple sites, assigning work, setting goals, managing performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution-from consultant selection and technical review to resource allocation and construction oversight-ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while proactively addressing challenges, approving key documents, managing contractor changes, and participating in major project meetings.
- Provide technical input on capital project planning, contribute to CIP and budget processes, and guide your team through closeout to ensure complete, compliant project delivery.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- 10+ years' experience leading large, complex capital projects from planning through start-up, with deep expertise in design, budgeting, permitting, and construction.
- Engineering or Architecture degree - or equivalent experience - paired with a strong understanding of the Massachusetts public bidding process.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of project delivery.
- Strong communication and mediation skills that foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
