Description:
ECS is seeking a Deputy Project Manager (PjM) Intelligence Collection Manager (ICM) Trainer to join our intelligence program in Fairfax, VA.
The Deputy PjM in charge of training for the Intelligence Systems and Analytics Application is responsible for developing training that suits the newly developed Application. The Deputy PjM shall be accountable for developing TRADOC level syllabi, training, and instruction materials to support the education and training for the Intelligence Application:
- Developing Training Programs: ICM IS&A Trainers/Instructors design and develop comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of the newly developed application, to including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Create training materials, lesson plans, and exercises to facilitate effective learning.
- Conducting Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups, either in-person or through virtual platforms and in-person training events. Provide instruction on ICM IS&A tools, techniques, and best practices, ensuring participants understand how to employ the application
- Demonstrating ICM IS&A Tools: Trainers/Instructors will showcase the use of the application tools and technologies, demonstrating their functionalities and capabilities. Guide participants on how to leverage these tools to extract relevant information
- Providing Hands-on Exercises: To enhance learning, Trainers/Instructors design and facilitate hands-on exercises and simulations. These exercises allow participants to apply their knowledge and practice using ICM IS&A tools and techniques in real-world scenarios.
- Offering Guidance and Support: Throughout the training program, Trainers/Instructors provide guidance and support to participants, answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering advice on effective practices. Must ensure participants have a clear understanding of the concepts and can apply them independently.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen required per contract
- Must possess a current TS/SCI
- Must have Associates Degree OR a minimum of 5 years experience in OSINT
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of military experience in Army Intelligence
- Must have strong writing and grammar skills
- Must have effective time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Must be comfortable with public speaking and providing course instruction
- Project Management or equivalent experience
- Experience in developing and managing projects, to include project teams, prioritization of lines of effort, planning, scheduling and close out
- Experience working with the US Government/DoD 4-6+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with technology such as MS office Suite, ticket tracking systems etc.
- Proactive and organized, with strong attention to detail
- A critical thinker with the ability to tackle discrete objectives while maintaining focus on the bigger picture / broader strategy
