Dermatology Regional Manager to manage between Sun City West, Goodyear, Maricopa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa AZ.

Regional Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Increasing Patient Visit Count
  • Ensure MIPS Quality Measures Are Being Met
  • Monthly Office Visits & Checklist
  • Monthly Meeting for Staff
  • Review Bi-Weekly Payroll & Overtime
  • Office Reviews (Patient)
  • Monthly Meeting With COO/CFO to Review Monthly Reports
  • Provider Meetings & Cosmetic Training
  • Ensure 80% of Calls in Office Answered
  • ASC - Ensure ASC's Utilized
  • New Offices - Identify Insurances/Setting Up Offices/Train/Hire Staff

  • Ensure every staff member is knowledgeable of medical and cosmetic procedures. Handle appropriately.

  • Monitoring Staffing Levels
  • Quality of care given to patients.
  • Resolve any issues patient or staff related.
  • Work with Staff to improve ratings
  • Overall office morale/efficiency. Address all necessary issues stopping
  • Cleanliness of offices
  • Ensure all billing related issues are handled on weekly basis/closed out. Proper follow-up and training.
  • Biweekly Paycom review for payroll
  • Office Reviews
  • Reviewing the patient satisfaction surveys/reviews on Nextpatient, Google. Prepare for monthly office meeting:
  • Monitor reputation for offices (All social media platforms)
  • Mitigating future issues.
  • Reviewing Monthly Reports for Meeting with Upper Management:
  • Monitoring Patient numbers
  • New Patient / Follow Ups / Consults
  • Biopsies / Mohs / excisions / cosmetics.
  • Identifying concerns and show how you addressed them.
  • Staff efficiency of office
  • Ensure all notes: provider/RN/Esti are finalized within a 2-week period.


  • Provider Meetings & Cosmetic Training
  • Assist in New Provider Introduction and Training
  • Physically Administer Provider Exams to Providers in Training
  • Coordinate cosmetic trainings in the region
  • Obtain provider clearance from training physicians deliver Jesse Perkins, PA-C / HR
  • Monthly Provider Meetings:
  • Responsible for documenting, sending, and staying on top of provider monthly meeting minutes EVERY month. Ensuring the items discussed are rectified immediately. Sending notes before meeting for review.
  • Ensure 80% of all calls are answered by each location.
  • ASC


  • Ensure that the ASC's are properly being utilized and billed. This is also on managers duties
  • Travel to sites / Verify centers are operating correctly (During monthly check)
  • Documentation is correct per guidelines (verify this on share drive/drop box)
  • Effectively manage ASC staff and maintain all logs and records for next inspection date
  • Assist in inspection preparations and the survey process
  • 3 years for 9 ASC's - Unless complaint received or other issues.
  • Annual State Health renewal for 1 ASC - Centennial

  • Find all insurance panels that we could get credentialed with
  • Constant monitoring/knowledge of insurances applied or denied.
  • Find appropriate advertising / marketing opportunities. negotiate deals.
  • Obtain Proper Signage for building & pylons
  • Hiring/Training/Educating fresh staff (Managers, receptionist, medical asst, estheticians, RN's)
  • Ordering all supplies and ensuring the new office set up is followed according to plan.
  • Run the biweekly call for new office set ups.
