Our Denver office is seeking a full-time Design System Integrator to support our Design Technology Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering related design solutions and a strong understanding of common data environments (CDE). We are looking for someone with great communication skills who enjoys being part of a team environment. We are seeking a self-starter with a high attention to detail that wants to work in a professional setting advancing their career in civil engineering design related technology and solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other technology teams, project managers (within the business) and technical support staff, as well as our clients, to ensure successful compliance and completion of tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help lead the ACC/Build development/integration/compliance and advancement efforts.
- Assist with ProjectWise Administration and Management (Workspace Development to meet client standards - ISO compliant).
- Assist in the management of the current CDE solutions ACC/Build and ProjectWise (including Bentley CONNECT and Bentley Infrastructure Cloud)/Egnyte. Automation services will be leveraged as much as possible to ensure continuity.
- Help push initiatives within the business to ensure many of the available tools/features within ProjectWise and ACC/Build environments are explored and utilized, including advancement of visualization for 3D models such as Bentley iTwin.
- Developing processes and procedures for teams help strengthen our visualization presence among stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of Engineering Design Software package installations (for Immybot).
- Test and troubleshoot new engineering design software versions for stability and validity.
- VDI Development/Management for users.
- Help with training users how to use design software.
Required Skills:
- Strong work ethics and an understanding of engineering principles.
- Experience in CADD utilizing AutoCad, Civil 3D and MicroStation/Open Suite (such as OpenRoads Designer).
- Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products including Word and Excel.
- Good intrapersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas to peers, senior staff, and clients.
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years' experience using civil engineering design related software and a firm understanding of how they integrate with CDE environments such as ProjectWise and ACC/Build.
- The ability to effectively work with other technology teams, project managers, engineers and technicians as well as technical support staff.
- Experience with AutoCad, Civil 3D, MicroStation/Open Suite (such as OpenRoads Designer) software is highly preferred.
