Location: 100% Remote, United State
Duration: 3-6 month contract, 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate:$40.00-$45.00/hourly
Key Responsibilities
Create digital and print designs for campaigns and events, including web, email, social, and large-scale graphics.
Present multiple design options that align with brand guidelines and allow creative flexibility.
Partner with writers, designers, and producers to deliver cohesive marketing materials.
Revise designs based on feedback while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
Prepare accurate, production-ready files across digital and print formats.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail.
Assist in developing presentations for creative concepts.
Stay updated on design trends and tools, including emerging AI technologies, to improve creative work.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or comparable professional experience.
3-5 years of hands-on design experience in either an agency setting or in-house team.
Portfolio showcasing strong skills in both digital and event design across diverse platforms.
Keen design eye with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma and AI tools is a bonus.
Well-versed in digital design best practices, including banner ads and email layouts.
Demonstrated success in event design, particularly large-scale print graphics with consistent brand application.
Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with project management software.
