Developer - CA Identity Manager, Sun Identity Manager

Location: Plano, TX

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in development/configuration and support of CA Identity Manager 14.x & Sun Identity Manager 8.x
Should have supported IDM as deployment engineering and support teams
Maintenance of IDM environment, troubleshooting and resolving tickets.
Hands-on experience of CA Identity Manager 14.x & Sun Identity Manager 8.x
Experience on configuration of Endpoints like AD, Office 365, LDAP, OUD, Custom Connectors, etc.
Bulk loader configuration in CA IDM for User Provisioning
Configuration of Identity policies and policy Xpress.
Configuration of approval process work flow for the Access requests raised by the User.
Experience administering and configuring IDM
Good at Client handling and provide the status reports to the Client regularly.
Provide 24/7 L2/L3 support to Sun IDM/CA IDM tools.
Good at Support activities and resolve issues within SLA
Experience on preparing the product documentation, test cases, test plans and support process
Basic skills on Windows, AD, LDAP, UNIX, Oracle WebLogic Server & Oracle (PL/SQL)
Hands on with Java / J2EE, WebServices and REST API
CA SiteMinder & HP Service Manager is a plus
Computer Science degree

Responsibilities:
Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures / work instructions. Follow the escalation process
Independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions.
