Base Salary Range
The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $180,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Description
The Senior Developer will join the application development team that is responsible for developing and supporting DoubleLine's proprietary applications, quantitative models and analytics framework.
Job Functions
- Assist in the design, development, and support of proprietary analytics systems.
- Assist in the development, and support of quantitative modeling.
- Provide support for ad hoc requests from DoubleLine's business units.
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
- Interface directly with end users to determine system requirements.
- Assist in documentation of systems and processes.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Experience developing systems in the capital markets and asset management industry.
- Minimum 8 years in software development with strong understanding of best practices (version control, testing methodologies, agile principles).
- Minimum 5 years with Microsoft .NET (C#, MVC, WPF, WCF, VSTO).
- Minimum 3 years with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Python, R, JavaScript, and Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred experience in web development, AI development, Bloomberg API, INTEX API, and residential mortgage loan databases.
- Knowledge in Structured Finance Products (e.g., MBS, ABS) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
