AML Data platform is the one stop shop of all the consumer, small business and mortgage transactions to give an holistic view of transactions along with the Channel, instrument and posting information. This information increase the ability of the bank to manage AML risk in a consistent fashion across all business lines with less cost possible. is looking for a candidate to fulfill the role of Data platform lead . Candidate should be fully competent to work under general direction on complex projects that have an assigned goal and should be able to proactively work with senior associates and manager as required. Knowledge of AML processes experience is desirable. Required Skills - Hands-on experience with HDFS, HIVE, SPARK, Sqoop, Mapreduce - Strong working knowledge of Python or Java - Shell scripting experience - Comfortable with Unix based systems - RBMS (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server) knowledge for development using SQL/PL SQL - Git, BitBucket, Jenkins experience is a plus - Experience with fully integrated SDLC development environments - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Experience building ETL frameworks in Hadoop using Pig/Hive/Map reduce - Experienced in technical design with a strong background/track record of working in a high performance environment - Ability to understand business requirements and develop software solutions - Strong experience with data warehousing and Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools - Must have experience with the System Development Life Cycle and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
