Work independently and within a team to triage and remediate production system and application incidents while practicing balanced incident responses. Takes the learning and build them as workflows driving towards a predictive & preventive future.
Ability to lead recovery and follow up on issues that arise with the infrastructure/application as Incident / Recovery Managers.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
Experience in monitoring releases, changes and successfully deploying them on Production / Pre-production Servers. (Unix / Windows / AWS)
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and motivational skills. Must be focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Technical Requirements we seek:
Required Technical Skills: Good understanding of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux based), Good understanding of Networking, Knowledge and hands-on experience in AWS Infrastructure.
Knowledge on Azure & OpenStack technologies
Knowledge on DevOps
Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000 per year
