Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure SailPoint identity management solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability.
- Manage user access requests, certifications, and provisioning workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with governance policies.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SailPoint platform.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL, LDAP, or other directory services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in SailPoint or related identity management technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based identity solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
