Java Full Stack Developer with AI/ML
Must-Have-
Minimum 3-5 yrs of professional experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java, with a history of working on large and complex applications with high business and customer impact.
Front-End Skills: Minimum of 3 years of professional experiencing using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with frameworks like angular or React
Back-End Skills: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API development
Database knowledge: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate
Version Control: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience within Agile or Scrum environments
System Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application capabilities
Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications to ensure high availability and scalability
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits on quality and driving operational outcomes
Continuous Improvements: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and continuously improve development processes and practices
Good-to-Have-

1 Design, develop, and implement advanced methods and solutions to solve complex business problems across various domains.
2 Design, develop and maintain both front-end an back-end of web applications.
3 Expertise in Java-based technologies, databases, UI and DevOps tools and ensure seamless application development and deployment
4 Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and adaptability to learn new technologies and frameworks
5 Ensuring Application and Data integrity, meeting project deadlines and delivering high quality features
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
