ServiceNow Developer
Strong knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or other modules,
Proficiency in Javascript, Glide API, Angular JS, HTML, CSS,
Hands-on experience in Service Portal customization and UI development
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom solutions.
Design and implement workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and access controls.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Maintain and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM),
or other ServiceNow modules.
Perform upgrades and patches to ensure platform stability and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to optimize ServiceNow
capabilities.
Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
