Salesforce FSC Developer
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features including customization options, security controls, and data management
Knowledge of financial services industry concepts (e.g., investment products, client onboarding, regulatory compliance)
Experience with data integration and data cleansing techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders in financial institutions to understand business processes and identify areas where Salesforce FSC can improve efficiency.
2. Analyze complex financial data models and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations.
Design and Implementation:
1. Configure Salesforce FSC features like Financial Accounts, Client Relationship Groups, and Investment Products to align with specific business needs.
2. Customize the platform using declarative tools like workflow rules, process builder, and flow to automate key financial services workflows.
3. Create custom fields, objects, and reports to capture critical financial data and generate relevant insights.
Data Management and Integration:
1. Manage data migration from existing systems to Salesforce FSC, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
2. Establish data governance practices to maintain data quality and compliance.
3. Integrate Salesforce FSC with other financial systems like CRM, portfolio management, and trading platforms.
User Administration and Training:
1. Manage user profiles, security settings, and access levels within Salesforce FSC.
2. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate users on Salesforce FSC functionalities and best practices.
System Maintenance and Support:
1. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
2. Troubleshoot user queries and resolve technical problems
3. Apply updates and patches to Salesforce FSC to maintain functionality and security
Compliance and Regulatory Considerations:
1. Ensure Salesforce FSC configurations adhere to relevant financial industry regulations (e.g., KYC, AML)
2. Implement appropriate data privacy controls to protect sensitive client information
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
