Job Summary:

This position includes a strong focus on education, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with minimal inpatient responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care for children with developmental and behavioral concerns.
- Provide mentorship and teaching to medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, audiologists, therapists, social workers, and fellow pediatricians.
- Support junior providers through guidance and professional development.
- Contribute to program development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent international degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Fellowship trained in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics from an accredited program
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure.
