Experience with Salt Stack or Ansible, as well as GitHub project management for C++, Rust, and Python languages, is a must. An in-depth understanding of wiki documentation and generated code documentation is also highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the migration from Ansible to Salt Stack, while ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions in operations.
- Overseeing and managing code repositories, with an emphasis on C++, Rust, and Python projects.
- Utilize Salt Stack or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of video processing and machine learning solutions into our client's products.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including wiki documentation and generated code documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure the robustness, performance, and scalability of the software.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in DevOps practices and tools.
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or general project oversight in code repositories.
- Proven expertise in managing projects in GitHub, particularly for C++, Rust, and Python languages.
- Strong background in Salt Stack or Ansible. Our client is currently using Ansible, but in the process of migrating to Salt Stack.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining wiki documentation and generated code documentation.
- Ability to lead and advise a team, with exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Experience in transitioning between different operational tools (e.g., Ansible to Salt Stack) is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source projects in Dev Ops or related fields will be an added advantage.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
