Job Summary:
Devops/L3 Support
Responsible for maintaining good application health by providing resolution to production issues which includes engaging concerned stake holders, Creating appropriate alarms for key services in application, deploying code in production safely, creating Standard Operating documents, creating dashboards for monitoring, working on service requests and automating the processes to improve performance
Core Responsibilities:
- Basic SQL and Unix skills.
-Providing resolution to production issues by engaging concerned stake holders and make sure System/Application is healthy.
-Monitoring application & Database health throughout the day with existing tools and make sure system is healthy.
-Creating SOP documents on production issues and update in common repository for the future reference
-Keep updating SOP documents whenever necessary.
-Creating graphs for application's key metrics and keep monitoring it.
-Keep monitoring all the dashboards in Grafana, Cloudera, RabbitMQ, Zabbix, App Dynamics to make sure application is stable.
-Taking care of deployment activities for all business, patch releases and Data Center Switchovers.
