Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy + Optimization

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy + Optimization at Dickies looks a little like this.

The role will lead the marketing campaign function for eCommerce to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency grounded in test and learn methodology and optimize contact management and influence preference center strategy.

• Lead and manage agency analytics resources to execute measurement and analytics projects, customer and channel learning strategies, and other measurement activities.
• Design, analyze, and report on brand engagement metrics to measure the success of branding efforts and marketing programs, & customer satisfaction across several areas; social media, website optimization (SEO), in-store, etc.
• Develop predictive models for segmentation and fulfillment analysis.
• Analyzes digital channels and campaigns to provide strategic recommendations on improvements and synergies across digital channels.
• Derive insights and optimizing investment with diverse digital advertising platforms such as: Amazon Marketing (AMS, DSP), Walmart (WMC), Target (Roundel), Paid Search vehicles, Paid Social, Email, Retargeting, and Affiliate marketing vehicles
• Create and manage reports and dashboards that reflect marketing funnel stages. Develop and display thorough reports with relevant insights and suggestions that summarize marketing campaign effectiveness and/or identify potential opportunities.
• Develop automated campaign workflows in CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar tools and create audiences for A/B and multivariate testing.
• Collaborate with executives to address data-related needs and drive decision-making.
• Lead customer segmentation efforts and develop multi- layer segmentations on consumer behaviors
• Identify and recommend relevant customer data insights, as well as improve the relevance and efficacy of CRM contact tactics via segmentation and other drivers.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Excellent working knowledge and experience with various languages for statistical computing and data visualizations; R Studio, AWS, Tableau, and Power BI. SQL coding skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into one cohesive story
• Minimum 5+ years' experience with analytical responsibility, including web analytics, financial KPI analysis, retail analysis
• Strong understanding of retail analytics and financial processes (forecasting, ROI analysis, etc.)
• Experience with digital marketing / media and familiarity with modeling the predictive impact on the business and doing analysis in platforms like, but not limited to Facebook, Google, Twitter, Snapchat and programmatic demand side platforms is required
• Strong knowledge of and application of core statistics techniques, with experience with building statistical models (e.g. regression, etc.) to perform complex analyses
• Preferred systems experience includes Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing/Commerce Cloud

Hiring Range:
$107,136.00 USD - $133,920.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
