The Technology Product Management Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

The Customer Relationship Management -apart from the original CRM functions of opportunities, call reports, client meeting, deal creation, it has been extended to support business on workflows around submitting various Cash products/Account opening requests, manage the approvals of the workflows, communicate with the Product processor (Pricing/Billing, Target Balancing, Cash products etc), manage alerts and notifications to all stakeholders of the process and provide a modeling workbench for new deals / repricing existing relationships. The Digital Onboarding platform enables the Citi to move from disconnected manual methods and systems to a Straight Through Processing integration with various product process / Account opening platform, providing improved revenue capture through leakage elimination, business growth , common customer experience globally and standardized Product, Operations and Technology processes. CRM Digital onboarding platform is Mobile enabled platform and experience with mobile apps, customer facing digital products is an added plus.

The CRM Product manager from technology will act as a liaison between the business users and technologists possessing a good understanding of both business requirements and of technology and are able to explain the business needs to the technologist and can "translate" technological terms and concepts to the business users/clients. The analyst is expected to be part of workflow business requirements gathering, writing, reviewing and finalizing functional requirement with all stakeholders and participate in solutions design across the global franchise

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the working backwards documents for a platform product release
  • Uses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems
  • Identifies innovations and leads "test and learn" experiments to create platform products that increase customer value
  • Defines and measures the KPIs for a platform product
  • Is able to make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
  • Develops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product
  • Leverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services
  • Determines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product
  • Identifies best practices for continuous product development improvement
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • The role is to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
  • The candidate will use his/her experience to conduct business and in-depth data analysis for capturing the End to End flow requirements
  • The candidate will use UX design and knowledge to help us prepare mockup's to socialize with the stakeholders instead of reviewing long pages of functional requirement documents
  • The candidate will understand the customizations required for Citi by the vendor / in-house solution and document the requirements for each region while striving for standardization.
  • In this position the candidate must be able to facilitate discussions, elicit requirements and orchestrate solutions working with the Cash products teams and Sales / Account Manager teams
  • The Business Analyst is to work with development team in helping them understand requirements, create test plans, analyze QC and UAT defects, tracks and manages and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications.
  • The candidate must be able to develop a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conducting business requirement sessions, documenting current and to-be process flows, wireframes and creating detailed requirements documents to support development; as well as advocating and enforcing mobile design (UI) and experience (UX) best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.
  • Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

$157,040.00 - $235,560.00
