Core Responsibilities
  • Digital Growth and Data Driven Insights
    • Commitment to a laser focused approach in driving growth of online sales and service transactions, leveraging data for action-based recommendations
    • Support ecommerce and product teams in building requirements to improve the digital experience, including the launch of new online buy flows
    • Lead audit of digital experience inclusive of both online and offline data sources
    • Lead development of market models for online sales and service output based on multiple factors such as traffic, online engagement, conversion, etc.
    • Deliver on data product builds from collecting stakeholder business requirements, formulating analytics approaches, and presenting meaningful results (e.g. data transformation, statistical model building, and visualization dashboard creation in platforms such as Adobe Analytics and PowerBI)
    • Navigate through multiple data sources to manage online/offline analysis of the customer journey (from initial traffic source to final sale) and establish a clear understanding of customer behavior
    • Establish an environment of collaboration, cooperation and teamwork across Digital and IT stakeholders and our Business partners
  • Channel planning and development
    • Partner closely with the other members of Digital and IT teams to ensure daily focus on current and upcoming initiatives, including stakeholders in marketing, operations, and business planning
    • Deep dive on sales and service impacts from internal and external data to help inform mid to long-term online channel strategy
    • Online / offline analysis of customer behavior and segmentation tied to channel shaping initiatives
    • Shape and prioritize incoming programs from multiple business units and support business case development for digital initiatives
  • Ongoing
    • Stay current on ecommerce changes from key competitors (telecom) and international companies / industries supporting an online channel
    • Analyze and synthesize risks and opportunities and make recommendations regarding emerging industry trends specific to Digital sales and service
    • Lead development of material for presentation or support in Senior Leadership presentations
    • Support for senior and executive level discussions regarding data on online sales and service strategy
    • Business support for telling Digital narrative around online and offline customer journey
    • Mentorship and coaching for channel / product team

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in computer science, business, economics, or related program
  • Demonstrated experience in using analytics and data visualization tools to solve business problems
  • Experience with digital related metrics and web analytics tools for dashboard creation and reporting; Adobe Analytics and PowerBI experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to tell a story with data and adjust communication based on audience's understanding of data
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and optimizing traffic on web or app
  • Strong understanding of technology tools and data stacks with the ability to traverse complex systems, be inquisitive, and gain understanding of the data
  • Experience with SQL or Python preferred
  • Ability to bridge understanding of technical infrastructure with business processes
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize completing deliverables with varying levels of priority
  • Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills
  • Thrives in an environment of constant change, unpredictability and ambiguity
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated understanding of high-performing organizations
