The Role:
We have created an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Content Creator based in our HQ office in Elmsford, NY. This is a 3-6 month temporary position (part-time or full-time)with the possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to bring concepts to life through engaging video and moving graphics. This role will be pivotal in helping DLC expand our digital presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and shaping our brand identity and enhancing our online presence.
You will be a key contributor to our business and develop curated content across a variety of formats and media. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and passion for good design. This role will work with multi-disciplinary teams, which will involve observing, listening, brainstorming and creating new and unique content across multiple digital channels.

The expected compensation for this position is between $35/hr. and $45/hr. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.

What You'll Do:
- Create content across DLC's digital channels, including video, photography, social media, graphics, and podcasts.
- Takes the lead on video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, graphics, feedback, QA, and production)
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print advertisements, tradeshow materials, presentations, digital graphics, and social media content.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, define timelines and generate creative multimedia assets
- Responsible for developing digital business materials (presentations, brochures, ads) and short-form videos that are on-brand and relevant for our various audiences
- Create infographics and other visualizations of data and trends

Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar. Associate's degree also considered.
- 3+ yrs of professional experience in graphic design
- Professional experience developing and producing multimedia content, including video, audio, graphics, animation, and interactive media, to support marketing efforts
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience with Microsoft Suite programs, specifically in PowerPoint and presentation design
- Tech savvy and can learn new systems quickly
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and video editing experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how best to utilize for effective campaigns
- Experience working with 3rd party production companies
- Experience in Canva, Vimeo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp is a plus!
- Experience working with podcasts is a plus!
