ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to Manager of CRO & UX, the Digital Design Lead (UX/UI) will lead the visual design efforts within the digital team, ensuring all visual assets used across digital platforms, such as the website, are of the highest quality and yield great user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles, proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including Communications, Portfolio, and the legal team for approvals and the global team for asset localization.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Design Leadership
- Lead and manage the UX/UI design initiatives to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital assets.
- Oversee the design and implementation of visual assets for the website and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and meet the needs of the target audience.
- Collaborate with the legal team to obtain necessary approvals for design assets.
- Utilize and localize global assets to fit the local market requirements.
User Research and Testing
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the digital assets current and innovative.
- Conduct data analysis for quantitative and qualitative data to distill consumer insights
Collaboration and Alignment
- Collaborate with various departments to align digital efforts with overall organizational goals.
- Ensure that the LEGAL team is consulted on any planning projects.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- College or University degree in UX/UI design, Graphic design, HCI or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design or creation of digital experiences.
- Proven experience as a Digital/Visual Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proven track record of managing design projects and leading design teams.
- Experience working with legal teams to obtain design approvals.
- Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs that are AODA compliant
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
