Job Summary:

The Digital Experience Manager will own and optimize the digital customer experience. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and consistent brand experience across all channels both online and in-store experience. Utilizing data-driven optimization and creative innovation, the manager will ensure seamless and impactful client experiences across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Digital Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a holistic digital client experience that aligns seamlessly with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends and technologies.
  • Omnichannel Optimization:
  • Manage and optimize all digital touchpoints, including TACORI.COM, to deliver cohesive and engaging customer experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and website analytics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Digital Marketing Excellence:
  • Lead the planning and execution of impactful digital marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize conversion rates.
  • User-Centric Approach:
  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gather invaluable customer feedback and inform strategic design decisions.
  • Meticulously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Map and optimize the customer journey to foster heightened engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Reporting and Business Intelligence:
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize data reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
    • Utilize Looker to visualize key insights.
    • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance BI capabilities and implement best practices.
  • Website Management & Optimization:
  • Oversee website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery.
  • Manage the website content calendar and implement efficient CMS workflows.
  • Ensure website content is optimized for search engine visibility
  • Monitor website performance, including page load speed, uptime, and security, and coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage website updates, patches, and upgrades, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior through analytics platforms, generating insightful reports.
  • Manage and optimize our Magento e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless online store operations.
  • Have previous experience with the management of e-commerce websites built on Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement website updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance functionality based on business needs.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory within the CMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Work with designers and content teams to update site visuals, banners, and product descriptions in line with branding guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for site improvements, such as UX/UI enhancements, navigation optimizations, and mobile responsiveness, and coordinate execution with developers.
  • Oversee integration with third-party apps, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing automation tools.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing new features, updates, and product launches to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics (or similar platforms) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize website performance.
  • Possess a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Apply SEO best practices and tools to enhance website visibility.
  • Utilize CRM (HubSpot), email marketing, and social media management tools.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of API integrations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital experience management or a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Must have proven experience and a strong understanding of the Magento e-commerce platform and / or other platforms.
  • Ad Hoc marketing tasks as needed.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, CRM, and email marketing.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
