What you would engage in:

Klohn Crippen Berger has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Lead to champion our digital transformation initiatives across the company. As a Senior Manager, you will guide our organization's use of cutting-edge technologies-ranging from AI and data analytics to engineering and project management tools-to optimize efficiency and drive innovation. If you have a strong background in digital transformation, data management, and proven leadership in leveraging advanced technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's goals, ensuring adoption of the most effective AI, data, and software tools.
  • AI Tool Selection & Implementation: Research and recommend AI-driven solutions that improve engineering workflows, project delivery, and overall business operations.
  • Data Management: Define and oversee data governance policies, including data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting, to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Engineering Tool Sets & Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Engineering, IT, and Project Management) to integrate advanced digital tools into project workflows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership to secure buy-in for digital initiatives, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  • Hands-On Support: Provide direct guidance and troubleshooting for project teams adopting new technologies, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of emerging technologies-particularly AI and advanced data analytics-to identify opportunities that can enhance project outcomes and business processes.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven Responsibility: At least 10 years of experience leading IT or digital transformation projects, including AI-focused initiatives and data management strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital technologies (AI, data analytics, engineering tool sets, software solutions) and a proven track record of implementing them successfully.
  • Data Governance: Demonstrable experience in data management, including setting up processes and best practices for data integrity, privacy, and security.
  • Project Management Skills: Hands-on experience delivering complex, cross-departmental implementations with the ability to manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to translate complex technical topics into practical terms for diverse audiences; strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled at evaluating ROI on new technologies, balancing innovation with measurable business outcomes.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; an advanced degree is preferred.

The salary for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Salary is based on applicable experience, education, and skill level. In addition to salary total rewards includes:
