Kahala, a globally recognized leader in quick-service restaurant franchising, has an opportunity for a Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to join its Interactive Marketing Team in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kahala franchisees and partners operate a portfolio of 32 QSR brands including Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie, Baja Fresh, Pinkberry, among others, in over 20 countries around the world.
The Interactive Department serves as a full-service, in-house social and digital marketing service team that supports the brand teams for each Kahala concept. In this role, you will be working with all Kahala's brands and will work closely with the brand teams and Marketing Managers to provide support that enhances and supports the overall brand goals. Experience implementing and managing a variety of digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment is an absolute must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage customer data from our CDP to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for optimization.
- Drive the creation of segmentation strategies to enhance personalization and customer engagement.
- Work with Loyalty, Social, & Brand teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance marketing initiatives and improve customer retention.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and data analytics.
- Work directly with digital agency on paid media plans and deliverables for multiple brands.
- Report and analyze digital campaign results and guiding team members on data-driven decision-making
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and loyalty marketing.
- Expertise in working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in digital marketing performance.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
