Position Description:
This role of Digital Marketing Director will be to create, develop and implement the annual marketing strategy plan supporting MXR Imaging goals and objectives.
This role will design and execute the strategic marketing initiatives by leveraging print, social media campaigns and ecommerce platforms as well as lead the marketing team on the day to day marketing operations; to support the promotion of growth objectives, products, and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience with website building and optimization.
- Candidates should have some experience in team building, leadership and project management.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing through utilization of SEO, PPC, email, content marketing, social media, and web development.
- Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies; support the design, content, analytics of website.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Finance to ensure seamless integration and functionality of e-commerce operations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies and meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, such as email marketing, affiliate programs, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as privacy and data protection laws and PCI-DSS standards.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and advancements in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
- Proficiency in use and setup of CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Perform digital competitive analysis to research new opportunities, and use data to provide strategic recommendations that support client growth.
- Monitor industry trends and apply best practices across accounts.
Education/Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of five years to eight years' experience in a marketing leadership position, and B2B marketing experience required.
- Experience with Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business, Google Shopping, and WordPress
- Basic proficiency with web development tools and languages; fair grasp of user-centered design and usability testing methodologies; experience with responsive design methods and development; some working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Preferred:
- Pardot and Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to analyze traffic and conversion data; solid analytical skills
- Ability to analyze and modify PPC campaigns to minimize spam/invalid traffic
Travel:
- Ability and willingness to undertake approximately 25% domestic travel
