Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the digital marketing strategy for the Casino, and is responsible for maintaining and approving all social media platforms and ensuring all social media content and messaging is grammatically correct and on brand to convey the Soboba brand message. The Digital Marketing Manager is also responsible for the accuracy and timely updates to the Soboba Casino Resort's website. The manager is also responsible for creating email templates, executing email campaigns and keeping the Soboba App up to date.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the casino website.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website as needed.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with leadership on creating social media calendar and social media events.
- Stay up to date on social media trends across all social media channels.
- Ability to create and edit content as needed for all digital media (social, app, website, etc.)
- Understand demographics and segmentation as it applies to digital marketing.
- Review and measure all social media and website KPI's and develop weekly progress reports across all social media platforms and website.
- Authorizing a range of digital techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the casino.
- Oversee and manage the Social Media Coordinator to ensure social media posts are timely, accurate and on brand.
- Oversee the Guest Relations Coordinator and ensure all online guest correspondence is answered in a timely manner and sent tot eh proper departments for resolution.
- Develop reporting structure to review all Guest issue resolution via email complaints or, contact.
- Managing online brand and campaign strategy to raise brand awareness.
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing efforts.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and collecting data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Perform copy writing duties as needed for website and social media platforms
- Working on a wide range of marketing materials ensuring the message and tone of written communications is consistent and fits with the overall brand.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
Education / Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age, or older.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Two (2) year or four (4) year degree in marketing or related field required or three (3) to five (5) years working in related field (Social Media, Marketing, or advertising).
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/ management experience in related field (Social Media, Marketing, or, Advertising).
- A minimum of two (2) years' work experience in the Gaming Industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
- Copy writing experience, preferred.
- Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
Certificates, licenses and registration
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
- Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
Salary Details
- Full-Time Position
- Salary Range $83,000- $105,000 is dependent on candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
