SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining effective digital strategies for CMC. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns across all digital channels and ensuring a positive brand experience for online visitors and followers. The Digital Marketing Manager will increase brand visibility and enhance our messaging to new audiences while deepening connections with our existing ones, ultimately contributing to the company's overall revenue and growth. Success in this role will be measured by performance KPIs such as website traffic, engagement rates, and ROI from marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Working conditions are in a normal office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; sit and stand; using the hands to handle, finger, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally, the employee must crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally exert or lift up to 20 pounds. Successful performance requires good eyesight with or without corrective lens. Requires long periods of time working at a computer and includes phone work.

- Develop, implement and manage digital marketing plans to grow our digital footprint, attract new customers and further engage current customers.
- Lead and enhance social media content creation efforts and maintaining CMC's content calendar. Effectively respond to and/or coordinate answers to comments and messages. Track performance metrics and use insights to refine our social media strategy for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with all key stakeholders within the organization to create and develop engaging content tailored to each different marketing communications channel.
- Create email campaigns to promote products, share updates, and nurture customer relationships.
- Manage subscriber lists based on dealer level, customer preferences, and content, and monitor email performance.
- Ensure that the company's website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Improve the website's conversion rate by implementing effective call-to-actions, landing pages, and forms.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other important metrics. Analyze the data to gain insights into the effectiveness of different strategies and make informed decisions to optimize outcomes for our customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, as well as latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Use the CRM and CMS platforms to create marketing automation and generate and nurture leads.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget based on ROI analysis.
- Identifies new technologies and products for online campaigns.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties assigned as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS(Education and experience)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field.
- 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing and ecommerce website management.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script development and constraints.
- Self-motivated yet customer focused.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media.
- AI proficiency or a willingness to learn and adapt to AI technologies.
- Experience with CRM, CMS, and B2C/B2B ecommerce solutions.
- Attention to detail and an eye for quality.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Effective as a team player committed to overall team success.
