To support this vision, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition and generate high-quality sales leads. This newly created position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of our marketing initiatives and work closely with the Sales Team to drive business growth. The primary objective of this role is to increase the number of qualified sales leads for all business segments, with a strong emphasis on promoting new brands and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

The core focus of this role is to enhance brand awareness and generate a higher volume of quality sales leads. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns to engage and attract potential customers.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and expand the company's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to build brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Website Management & Optimization: Update website content, optimize SEO/SEM strategies, and analyze website performance for continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop, update, and enhance sales brochures (digital and print) to support the Sales Team.
  • Visual Content Development: Expand and improve the company's library of product images, graphics, and videos to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Direct Marketing Campaigns: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach initiatives to attract and nurture leads.
  • Lead Management: Monitor and track leads generated through digital marketing efforts, ensuring timely distribution to the Sales Team for follow-up.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and seminars to strengthen market presence.
  • Brand Management & Public Relations: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and manage public relations efforts to enhance brand credibility.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including white papers, blog posts, videos, and internal communications to support sales and branding efforts.
  • Research: Collect data on competitors, market conditions and advertising trends
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the European marketing team to ensure global alignment on all marketing strategies, adapting them for the local market.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and other B2B social media marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This role currently has no direct reports; however, as the marketing function expands, future team leadership opportunities may arise.

Education Requirements:
  • While a relevant degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus, we prioritize experience, expertise, and proven success in digital marketing and lead generation over formal education.

Language Skills:
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
  • Primary work location: GMM Pfaudler's Rochester, NY office and factory.
  • Occasional visits to the company factory to capture product and operational visuals.
  • Some travel required for trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events.
  • Hybrid work will be considered for exceptional candidates.
