Position Overview:
Marquee Brands, a leader in managing a diverse portfolio of global consumer brands, is seeking a strategic, analytical, and proactive Digital Marketplace Manager to drive growth and optimize our presence across Amazon and other digital marketplaces. This role will involve executing Amazon Advertising strategies, managing relationships with external partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, brand visibility, and ROI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon's ecosystem (Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising), a solid understanding of e-commerce marketing, and a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives.

This role will involve executing Amazon Advertising strategies, managing relationships with external partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, brand visibility, and ROI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon's ecosystem (Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising), a solid understanding of e-commerce marketing, and a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Performance Optimization:
- Own and optimize business performance across Amazon and other key marketplaces by analyzing KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and executing data-driven strategies.
- Manage and track advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct post-event analysis (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) to identify opportunities for future optimization.
Agency & External Partner Management:
- Oversee relationships with Amazon advertising agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with Amazon representatives and external partners to unlock new advertising opportunities, programs, and features.
- Ensure seamless coordination between external partners and internal teams to drive business growth and performance improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy Alignment:
- Collaborate with Brand Directors and marketing teams to align Amazon strategies with seasonal promotions, product launches, and overall brand objectives.
- Maintain and manage an omnichannel promotional calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and brand moments on Amazon.
- Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and executive leadership to drive decision-making and growth.
Amazon Brand Store & Content Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of Amazon Brand Stores, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and relevant promotions.
- Monitor Amazon Store traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, implementing data-backed improvements to enhance customer experience and sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing performance on Amazon Seller & Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including bid optimization, product listings, and search engine algorithms (A9).
- Expertise in performance tracking, reporting, and budget management with a focus on maximizing ROAS and efficiency.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to drive actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and managing external partners and agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms for performance analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing large-scale ad budgets across multiple brands.
- Familiarity with Amazon's latest advertising features (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, Sponsored TV).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
