Description:
The global digital channel experiences team develops and executes scalable experiential merchandising programs that engage shoppers to drive awareness, trial, and conversion for third party sales channels across our Metaverse & Wearables portfolio. We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Program Manager for our NA region. This role will partner with our Channel Enablement teams enabling the best customer experience on our partner sites and across the omni channel journey.

Digital Merchandising Program Manager - North America Responsibilities
- Lead and execute digital programs delivering efficiency and scale
- Partner with cross functional teams to create a compelling brand experiences through merchandise presentation (product pages, landing pages, promotions), intuitive category navigation and clear and accurate product information across e-commerce channels
- Build digital merchandising knowledge within the organization by building playbooks and best practices that drive results across the consumer experience
- Contribute to the development of briefs in partnership with Channel Enablement, Channel Sales & Strategy, Integrated Marketing and Product Marketing to inform cross-functional teams for work on digital program requirements
- Collaborate with the data insights team to understand performance and consumer interaction with site content and online shopping experiences
- Share learnings across channels/partners to drive optimizations across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate and manage regularly scheduled reviews of performance of programs across the business to key internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to test and drive improvements of digital merchandising programs and marketing messaging
- Continuously research the ecommerce landscape and online competitors, identifying category trends and growth opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in an ecommerce merchandising, category management or marketing role
- Experience selling online, process improvements, or optimizations resulting in improved sales results
- Experience managing successful cross-functional relationships between merchandising, marketing and business stakeholders alike
- Experience building asset management tools, asset types, and with online third party retail
- Experience with crafting clear and concise, emails, reports and documents for a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and variety of stakeholders
