We are looking for an experienced Digital Operations Manager to lead and optimize our digital platforms. In this role, you'll drive key initiatives in SEO, website and mobile app performance, analytics, and personalization, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance engagement and business growth.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- SEO, Website Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search performance, engagement, and conversions through optimized content, structure, metadata, and landing pages. Continuously monitor and optimize website and app performance, including site speed, uptime, and web/app platform performance KPIs.
- A/B Testing, UX Optimization & Personalization: Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to enhance website and app usability, optimize customer journeys, and improve conversion rates. Leverage Customer Data Platforms to enable personalized experiences and audience segmentation.
- Tagging, Tracking & Omnichannel Attribution: Manage UTM parameters, tagging, and tracking strategies across digital assets for accurate campaign attribution and analytics. Implement multi-touch attribution models and coordinate tracking across web, mobile, and paid media channels.
- Marketing Technology, Competitive Insights & Integration: Support integration and management of marketing technology stack, including CDP, CRM, and analytics tools, to enhance personalization and campaign effectiveness. Continuously track industry trends and competitor strategies to inform digital growth opportunities.
- CMS & Content Platform Management: Oversee content platform management and maintenance, ensuring system and platform performance, stability, and scalability to support website/app updates, content publishing, and workflow optimization to support business objectives and user experience.
- Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure digital properties adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
- Security, Cloud & DevOps Support: Work with IT teams to ensure website and app infrastructure is optimized using cloud services like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Ensure site reliability, data security, and risk mitigation strategies align with best practices.
Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in digital operations, website management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing technology platforms and integrations across CMS, CRM, CDP, and automation tools
- Proficiency in SEO, A/B testing, and CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Hotjar, etc.), with a focus on site speed optimization and conversion rate improvements. SEO certifications are
- Expertise in GA4, GTM, Kochava, Firebase and/or other testing and attribution tools for tracking performance across digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ADA compliance, Core Web Vitals, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
