Project
Digital Producer; The Digital Producer collaborates closely with the creative team to execute high-quality production that is compliant with industry standards.
This person acts as the central contact liaising with agency teams, vendors, and fellow producers.
Primary responsibilities
Evaluates workflows, creates project estimates/bids, manages project budget and end-to-end production of all assets: digital, social, and video.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to find the best solutions to clients' creative requests.
Creates, manages, and monitors project channels to ensure files and project details are centrally organized and available for all team members' reference.
Updates and maintains project schedules while keeping track of estimated project hours vs. actual hours.
Ensures adherence to studio process and makes recommendations for improvement.
Serves as main contact on assigned projects and promptly responds to requests for project status or other information.
Anticipates and mitigates obstacles to ensure projects stay on track.
Core competencies & requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Three to five years of agency or studio experience specializing in digital campaigns.
Experience managing creative teams and vendor relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Able to estimate and maintain accurate schedules and budgets.
Adept at managing a variety of creative resources and vendor relationships.
Knowledge of project management principles, processes, and software (Workfront experience a plus).
Solutions-oriented with excellent communication skills and a collaborative/growth mindset.
Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Pay Range: $45 - $60
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
