Overview:

Under the direction of the Director, Digital & E-Commerce Marketing, as the Digital Product Experience Lead, you will have overall responsibility for implementing marketing tactics and digital marketing optimization practices withing Sitecore/Contents Stack. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists in campaign configuration, personalization, testing, experience optimization, and product deployment, all of which revolve around the user experience on each of our website channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Data Analysts and Category Managers to identify actionable customer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, IT, data analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement intuitive and user-centered experiences.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the customer journey and address friction points.
  • Configure Sitecore/Contentstack marketing capabilities, including data taxonomies, goals (assigning them to pages or click actions)
  • Configure and optimize rules-based and profile-based (predictive) personalization tactics and experience-automation plans.
  • Work with the core team as well as extended marketing team members to develop specific tactics targeting top segments and then translating them into precise configurations in the Sitecore platform
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Planning team to track campaigns and provide campaign codes from Sitecore/Contentstack.
  • Manage, measure and optimize experience initiatives, particularly through A/B and multivariate testing, as well as using the Sitecore/ Contentstack and analytics dashboards
  • Document test and program results (with the Digital Analyst) to enable continuous optimization and support for business cases and budget justifications
  • Advise the broader business team on Sitecore product capabilities such as experience analytics, data-driven personalization, real-time visitor profiling, testing, experience automation, campaign management, Email Experience Manager, etc.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends for taxonomy, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX, and apply these insights to improve our products visibility and customer experiences.
  • Learn and implement Sitecore/Contentstack marketing best practices to achieve higher levels of maturity and business success using the Sitecore/Contentstack
  • Continuously build knowledge of how to leverage Sitecore/Contentstack with related data and marketing automation products.
  • Train/coach other users in the organization to use Sitecore/Contentstack.

  • Web-savvy with a strong understanding of how to leverage online platforms to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
  • Skilled in project management, capable of balancing multiple priorities at various stages, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
  • Recognized for reliability, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools, with a data-driven approach to optimizing performance.
  • Experienced in using content management systems effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing techniques and strategies.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, with a collaborative and supportive work style.
