Duties and Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market
needs.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive
landscape.
Develop a product roadmap that outlines the product's development and release
schedule.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales,
and customer support.
Communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and ensure alignment
across the organization.
Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, to
ensure the product meets their needs.
3. Product Development:
Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver the product.
Define product features, create detailed specifications, and manage the product backlog.
Ensure that the product is developed on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. User Experience (UX):
Focus on creating a seamless and engaging user experience.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
Work with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly.
5. Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, pricing, and
promotion.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create marketing materials and sales tools.
Train sales and customer support teams on the product's features and benefits.
6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Continuously iterate on the product to enhance its value and address any issues.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product development and launch.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as
assigned.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years related experience.
Understanding of digital technologies, software development processes, and UX/UI principles.
Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to make informed
decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the product vision and
strategy to stakeholders.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the product development process.
Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering value to users.
Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule, working 2 days minimum at the office/branch a week. 10-20% travel required.
