TACG is seeking a Digital Transformation Advisor to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to serve as an Air Force IT Modernization effort FMO Digital Transformation Advisor.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Will provide expert analysis and interpretive advice to AF IT Modernization Functional Management Office and supporting staff (FMO). Responsibilities include:
  • Quantifying trade-offs across alternative FMO courses of action (COAs) in consideration of (for example) capability gaps, technology assessments and choices, development and test methods, business processes etc...
  • Assisting FMO to plan, execute, and track progress of COA roadmaps designed to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of FMO efforts. Includes: identifying critical outcomes, establishing Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed (RACI) matrices, scheduling activities, establishing validation and verification checkpoints, and tracking progress against checkpoints in realtime.


Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Graduate degree in scientific or engineering discipline
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years' experience as Senior Advisor to government information systems acquisition activities
    • DoD adaptive acquisition policies and procedure
    • Digital transformational concepts and activities
    • Commercial best practice for information system development, test, and evaluation
    • Objective analytical techniques and tools for process management and improvement
    • Commercial best practice for program, project and product management.
