Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Drive the implementation of projects linked to Digital Transformation in his/her plant to improve operational performance in accordance with the Group, BG & Division strategy.

The main missions of the role are:

1. Drive the digital Roadmap (Priorities, timing, capex, costs and savings commitments included in the StratPlan, Budget and Forecast processes)
2. Ensure resources are allocated upon need to Digital and Automation projects (in particular, nomination of champions and their back-ups)
3. Support champions in deployment and improvement of standards defined by BG / Group
4. Define and support change management plans
5. Define training needs and coordinate with champions and HR manager for implementation
6. Assess champions' skills and anticipate development needs in regard to Digital, in coordination with champions' managers
7. Set up appropriate governance, animate the network, build strong partnerships with all internal and external key stakeholders
8. Follow up Deployment and operational performance (adherence to Roadmap, P&L and Cash impact, # standard tools deployed, usage, # ideas implemented)
9. Share Best Practices and lessons learnt (capitalized project experience)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations / Project Management in an industrial environment. (Example : Supervisor/UAP, Plant FES or FES engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, PC&L, Program Manager etc.).

Academic : Engineering degree or equivalent. A specialization or degree in Digital related topic (Data, PLC programming, Connectivity etc.) is a plus

Skills and competencies :
Leadership, capacity to animate workshop and influence functional networks
Outstanding project management skills
Digital skills and curiosity on new technologies and tools
Comfortable with data management topics
Deep understanding of lean manufacturing (FES). Operations experience is a plus
Good understanding of a Plant P&L
Good interpersonal and communication skills, English required
Agility, openness to new ideas
Experience in transformation project
Customer orientation, Leadership, Team spirit, Autonomy, Drive, Energy
