Digital Workflow Solutions Manager

The Digital Workflow Solutions Manager (DWS Manager) will develop and execute customer specific workflow training (local and at customer site) to ensure that customers optimize operations utilizing Mark Andy's Digital Hybrid Solutions. The DWS Manager will work with other functions at Mark Andy (Marketing, Service, Training, R&D, etc.) to ensure the customer-onboarding program is properly developed. Works with clients to ensure they develop and use optimal digital workflows, media, coatings, press operations and more.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and understands requirements and needs of customers
• Constructs and installs Mark Andy ProWorx DFEs, complete with all software and software licenses. Integrates software at customer sites.
• Provides operator training and remote support to clients for prepress, Raster Imaging Processor (RIP), and digital front end (DFE).
• Provides post-sales support for Mark Andy Digital clients.
• Supports Field Selling, Trade Show, and various marketing activities; Supports R&D and other engineering activities
• Aids and participates in developing Digital Front End Solutions, digital pipeline, and press operator interfaces.
• Leads cross functional efforts to develop and refine customer onboarding, to ensure Mark Andy routinely and methodically delivers a winning customer experience for every digital press customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
• Adept in learning, using, and developing Software Solutions.
• Ability to teach others

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 7 years or more in a technical, graphic specialized role.
• Training/certifications in graphics management software preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in digital pre-press operations is required.
• Experience in ERP software systems, web to print solutions, and graphic file creative software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, others).
• Experience with high volume Inkjet printing equipment; press to plate equipment; variable data workflows

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Climate controlled office environment, no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise and the like. May have limited exposure to manufacturing areas that require the usage of PPE.
