Department Overview
The Human Resources department at Children's partners with the employees and the managerial staff to provide services such as recruitment and staffing, employee services (benefit, compensation, retirement, and payroll processing), labor relations, and organizational development.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Human Resources Business Partner team, deploying talent strategies in alignment with organizational strategic plan, mission and values, and operates as a conduit between the HR Business Partner team and HR Center of Excellence leaders. This role will also provide strategic HR Business Partner support to a set of sr. leaders within the organization. This is a remote-based role that will need to be on-site periodically.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
*Advanced degree in human resources, industrial relations or law preferred.
*10+ years of progressive HR/labor relations experience.
*5 years management experience.
*Advanced skills in leadership and strategy development and the ability to consult effectively with stakeholders.
*Demonstrated business acumen.
*Strong HR knowledge across all disciplines including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employment law, organizational development, learning and effectiveness, and labor/employee relations.
*HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP or similar).
Competencies:
*Displays strong project management skills, managing multiple priorities.
*Develop strong relationships with leaders in order to influence decisions that may impact organizational outcomes, values and mission.
*Displays the ability to take a business strategy from HR Leaders, align HR Business Partner team around it, and execute on deliverables.
*Effectively lead a team that is disbursed and remote.
*Planning, organizing and prioritization to deliver results within scope and deadlines, with a limited amount of direct supervision.
*Exhibits the ability to take ideas from concept to implementation.
*Displays strong knowledge of talent calibration and succession planning, performance management, team member engagement, coaching, and counseling.
*Change management, continuous improvement and workforce planning.
*Effectively uses metrics and data in people strategy decisions.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
