Bluu Inc. is currently hiring a full time Direct Sales Manager for our Las Vegas, Nevada Branch Office.

- Responsible for overall branch Direct Sales performance in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Create and execute the branch sales plan. Ensure profitability of all sales activities and manage and develop sales personnel.
- Responsible in recruiting, interviewing the candidates.
- Provide Sales training to the new sales employees.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in Salesforce and/or Direct Sales
- Experience as Sales Manager in Payment Service Industry is a big plus
