We are seeking an experienced CRNA leader to join our growing all CRNA anesthesiology team at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital, North Conway, NH as our Director of Anesthesia. This position provides a unique opportunity to work independently in a hospital-employed position, with the largest nonprofit healthcare system in northern New England. As the Director of Anesthesia, you will perform supervisory responsibilities such as CRNA scheduling, training, performance management, recruitment, policy review, and other supervisory duties.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesiology Program.
- Active State of NH APRN-CNRA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Active NBCRNA certification; BCLS, ACLS certifications; and DEA registration.
- Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia, and obstetrics experience is required. Experience in a critical access hospital setting strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
