Responsibilities
Position reports to the Care Center Vice President and/or designee and in collaboration with SPG Leadership and Care Center Leadership. Perform diversified duties to support and improve the day-to-day operations of care center focused programs and practices consistent with the strategic vision of the organization. Responsible for the operations and administrative support areas of specialties which may include inpatient, outpatient and/or ambulatory settings across the health system in assigned care center. Provide operational direction to practice and Practice Managers. Collaborate with other Directors of Operations and other care center directors to ensure coordination of service delivery, information technology, financial, strategic, talent management, quality and regulatory resources within Southcoast. Provide oversight and direction to ensure delivery of quality care to patients using benchmarks and standards. Promote cooperation by developing and maintaining open lines of communication between care centers and clinical specialties in a collaborative way with all constituencies within the health system to provide patient-centered care.

USD $103,459.20 - USD $215,009.60 /Yr.

Qualifications
- A Masters Degree in Health Care, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of assigned specialty inpatient, outpatient, clinical and administrative services, management information systems, financial principles including the ability to prepare and interpret budgets and financial reports, development of business plans for services and capital equipment, and regulatory and reimbursement issues required.
- A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years management and supervisory experience including care center and/or practice operations and administrative experience is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
