Reporting to the VP Acquisition, the Director, Acquisition Partnership Management is accountable for leading the relationships with our key in-store sales partners. Our store network is a competitive advantage for PC Financial and remains a growing channel for acquisition of our products. This individual will serve as the primary relationship manager with vendors and ensure that sales partners are equipped with tools, processes, and information to drive business results and customer experience. This role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to support growth within our in-store sales channel.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team accountable for day-to-day partnership management of key external sales vendors who oversee sales reps that roam banner stores and seasonal gas program to sell PC Financial products
  • Work directly with internal partners, credit risk, finance and product to manage and grow program scope and impact
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, as well as ensuring delivery to annual budget, product allocation, planning, forecasting, complaints management and sales compliance
  • Leverage data and drive insights to strategically manage placement across the network, working closely with acquisition team to develop welcome offers that resonate with customers
  • Work closely with Divisional partners to execute and grow internal sales programs led by colleagues throughout the network, working closely with leaders to expand size and impact of programs
  • Oversee a strong sales enablement team who oversee first line compliance and operations and work closely with risk and compliance functions to deliver exceptional oversite and adherence to SLAs
  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with executive stakeholders


What You'll Bring
  • 7 - 10 years in partnership, vendor management, operations role; experience in credit cards an asset
  • Superior partnership skills, analytic skills and ability to drive performance. Results-driven with the resilience and persistence to drive sustainable business success
  • Capable of operating in a fast-paced environment with the skills to complete projects within aggressive timelines
  • Collaborative nature, resourceful and capable of working in a team or independently.
  • Strong Analytic skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable plans
