Description:
We are looking for a Director, AdTech Planning & Solutions to drive the strategic intake, planning, and implementation of advertising technology initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of AdTech capabilities with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for new AdTech initiatives, ensuring clear requirements and prioritization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align AdTech strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a structured roadmap for AdTech enhancements and implementations.
- Assess new requests and determine feasibility, scope, and resource needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data governance best practices.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 3+ years experience in AdTech
- Experience with data management and measurement solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Experience working with privacy regulations (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), etc)
