The Director of Billing Account Support Services (BASS) will be responsible for developing strategies to ensure timely and accurate customer and contract set up, according to defined invoicing standards; building relationships with Operations and customers and acting as the Single Point of Contact. The Director of Billing Account Support Services (BASS) will be responsible for developing strategies to ensure timely and accurate customer and contract set up, according to defined invoicing standards; building relationships with Operations and customers and acting as the Single Point of Contact. Always delivering exceptional customer service skills and constant collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the BASS and CMS teams to a superior customer experience, based on SLA's and KPI's according to industry benchmarks
- Develop continuous improvement culture amongst the team, always striving to optimize processes and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the Billing, Collections, and FP&A Departments
- Develop synergies with Operations to better serve our clients
- Drive results in regard to optimal and quick customer and contract setup processes
- Lead transformative processes and initiatives pertaining to contract and billing standardization within Oracle Cloud Financials
- Participate actively in any project transformation related to Billing
- Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of 120 new contracts and 650 contract changes
- Responsible for providing BASS services to BNI, MND, EDU, and AVI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in Customer and Contract master data
- 7-10 years leading teams
- 7-10 years working in Shared Services Organizations
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Products, preferably Oracle Cloud Financials
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- This individual must be strategic, organized, and work well under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
