How you will make an impact:
As a Director on Iterable's Operations team, you will play a key role in enabling a wide array of initiatives across the organization. You will lead a team of embedded Business Analysts and Data Engineers to build and maintain the company's single source of truth business data set to provide actionable analysis to help Iterable leadership achieve their business objectives. You will work directly with the cross functional leadership team and a variety of departments (sales, marketing, business development, finance etc.).

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $177,500 - $240,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.

How you will make an impact:
As a Director on Iterable's Operations team, you will play a key role in enabling a wide array of initiatives across the organization. You will lead a team of embedded Business Analysts and Data Engineers to build and maintain the company's single source of truth business data set to provide actionable analysis to help Iterable leadership achieve their business objectives. In this role you'll get to:
- Collaborate with colleagues, external partners and other stakeholders to design a secure and usable data warehouse that supports the organization's vision.
- Lead the development of the data warehouse and continuously evaluate effectiveness in meeting the organization's business intelligence outcomes and adjust design, architecture, approach, etc. as necessary.
- Develop and manage data quality and remediation efforts, in addition to required data maintenance activities.
- Assist in producing analytics and business intelligence solutions such as reports, dashboards, and apps as needed.
- Constantly evaluate competency gaps and/ needs across organization and teams and developing plans to address gaps/needs.
- Develop processes, controls and monitoring to ensure documentation of data processes, controls, assets, etc.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate the strategic goals and tactical benefits of applied data.
- Develop strategies, programs, etc. to support long term success of Iterable's Data Analytics and Business Intelligence investments.
- Work directly with C-Level executives to understand Iterable through data and build strategy based on data insights
We are looking for people who have:
- Ability to understand the needs of the company, create a compelling vision for the department, and drive change in a fast paced environment
- Previous leadership and people management experience of a data pipeline team
- Understanding of Business Insights tool infrastructure
- Ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally
- SQL, Python, Snowflake, Sigma (or similar BI tool) experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product and People data
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model
