DIRECTOR, CHANNELS & CAMPAIGNS - Canada Office
Children Believe's Director of Channels & Campaigns leads the charge in driving revenue growth and acquiring new supporters through traditional, non-digital marketing channels. They have the unique opportunity to oversee and direct national campaigns, collaborating closely with a passionate and dedicated senior leadership team. They play a key role in shaping the direction of fundraising efforts and brand-building initiatives that will significantly impact the lives of children in need.
Gives leadership to the organization's non-digital channel development and success including;
Door-to-door Events Peer-to-peer Retail New channel innovation

Our Hybrid Workplace Program is a flexible work arrangement that permits employees to work remotely while also occasionally being required to come into the Organization's office. If approved to work from home as part of our Hybrid workplace program; the incumbent must be available to work from the Organization's office from time to time as determined by the supervisor or as otherwise directed by the Organization.
Compensation: Between $112,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience.

Gives leadership to the organization's non-digital channel development and success including;
This role includes, but not limited to:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of revenue-generating strategies across traditional marketing channels, with a focus on acquiring new supporters and maximizing financial contributions.
- Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of Children Believe's national campaign efforts, ensuring smooth project management and timely execution, in partnership with the Marketing & Development leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Director of Story & Creative and Director of Supporter Operations & Engagement to provide valuable insights and direction on branding campaigns designed to elevate brand awareness and resonate with potential donors. Will support the Development team, as well as the Supporter Operations & Engagement team in using non-digital channels to reach, interact, convert and/or engage HWN, Corporations, and National Foundations and known supporters.
- Strategic Input: Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in marketing and development, contributing to national campaign ideation, planning, and the development of channel-specific strategies.
- Execution & Innovation: Take the lead in developing and executing channel-specific campaigns that drive supporter engagement, ensuring campaigns are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
- Creates detailed annual plans and budgets for new supporter acquisition activities. Monitors performance against budget, and reports any significant income or expense issues. Produces regular Channels & Campaigns related financial/performance reports.
- Monitors fundraising sector developments including legislative changes and keeps abreast of the Canadian fundraising and charitable climate.
- Comply with all Children Believe policies and procedures.
- Other related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- University degree or college diploma in fundraising, marketing or business administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in digital fundraising or marketing including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent knowledge of channel innovation process.
- Managing vendor/supplier contracts and relationships.
- Track record of success in effectively leading high-performing fundraising and marketing teams with demonstrated skills and experience in project management.
- Advanced skills in technology tools within the marketing sector.
- Ability to speak and/or write in either French or Spanish will be considered an asset.
